Western blot analysis from lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, Jurkat acute T cell leukemia cell line, and HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of human Thioredoxin-like 5/TRP14 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24245) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Thioredoxin-like 5/TRP14 at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
